In 2011 we expanded our community to include a luxury, two-story assisted living building with 40 private apartments, as well as 16 luxury independent living cottages. Azalea Trail has a different feel to it than most older nursing homes. I would definately trust my loved ones to be taken care of in this home. For these reason I would give this nursing home five stars.
